CONSTRUCTION SPECIFICATIONS – FINISHING MATERIALS
MAIN STRUCTURE – ROOF:
The main structure will be of reinforced concrete in accordance
with the new anti-seismic code.
Roof slabs will also be reinforced concrete. Waterproofing
insulation is achieved with the use of bituminous products.
All walls are build with class A cavity bricks 10x20x30cm

PLASTERING – PAINTWORK:
All external walls are covered with two coats of plaster and
decorative grafiato coating.
All interior walls are covered with three coats of plaster
and are finished with three coats of emulsion paint.
Ceilings are covered with two coats of spatula and three coats
of emulsion paint.
Bathrooms-Toilets: Walls covered with ceramic tiles up to
door height, of purchase price €14 /m2.
Kitchen: Walls between bench tops and cupboards covered with
