CONSTRUCTION SPECIFICATIONS – FINISHING MATERIALS

MAIN STRUCTURE – ROOF:
The main structure will be of reinforced concrete in accordance with the new anti-seismic code.
Roof slabs will also be reinforced concrete. Waterproofing insulation is achieved with the use of bituminous products.

WALLS:
All walls are build with class A cavity bricks 10x20x30cm
• Interior walls 10cm thickness
• Exterior walls 20cm thickness

PLASTERING – PAINTWORK:
All external walls are covered with two coats of plaster and decorative grafiato coating.
All interior walls are covered with three coats of plaster and are finished with three coats of emulsion paint.
Ceilings are covered with two coats of spatula and three coats of emulsion paint.

WALL COVERING
Bathrooms-Toilets: Walls covered with ceramic tiles up to door height, of purchase price €14 /m2.
Kitchen: Walls between bench tops and cupboards covered with ceramic tiles of purchase price €14 /m2.

FLOORING:
Sitting – Dining Room Ceramic Tiles of purchase price €17 /m2.
Kitchen Ceramic Tiles of purchase price €17 /m2.
Corridor Ceramic Tiles of purchase price €17 /m2.
Bathroom, WC Ceramic Tiles of purchase price €14 /m2.
Bedrooms Laminated Parquet of purchase price €20 /m2.
Verandas Ceramic Tiles of purchase price €12 /m2.
All above prices includes Vat.

SANITARY FITTINGS:
Quality European sanitary ware of white colour. European water mixers and accessories for the bathroom and WC are installed (mirror, toilet paper and towel holders).

ALUMINIUM FRAMES:
• All external frames will be of aluminum model MU100.
• The external doors and windows would be double-glazed for perfect heat and sound insulation.

WOODWORK:
• The frond door is made of beech solid beech wood which is colored and spray varnished.
• All interior doors, wardrobes and kitchen cupboards are made of beech synthetic wood and spray varnished.

ELECTRICAL & TELEPHONE INSTALLATIONS:
Strictly following Cyprus Electricity Authority regulations and according to the architect’s and electrical engineer’s plans and studies. Special care to equip the apartment throughout with convenient power outlets and lighting points.
• TV Central Aerial system giving signal to each apartment.
• Central video-intercom system at the entrance of the building connected with each apartment.
• Doorbell at the entrance of each apartment.
• Electronic sensor at the building entrance and the parking places.
• Controlled washing machine, dish washer and refrigerator sockets.

SOLAR HEATING:
Installation of solar heater connected with the water supply, for each apartment.

PROVISION FOR AIR CONDITIONING and HEATING:
• Provision for electrical and drainage installation for air-conditioning type split units.
• Piping and provisions for Storage Heaters System in all rooms.

ELEVATOR:
Installation of modern elevator for eight persons, according to the European regulations.

GARBAGE STORES:
Garbage stores will be installed for each building as per authorities instructions.
