MAIN STRUCTURE � ROOF:
The main structure will be of reinforced concrete in accordance with the Cyprus anti-seismic code.
Roof slabs will also be reinforced concrete. Waterproofing insulation is achieved with the use of bituminous products.

WALLS:
All walls are build with class A cavity bricks 10x20x30cm
� Interior walls 10cm thickness
� Exterior walls 20cm thickness

PLASTERING � PAINTWORK:
All external walls are covered with decorative grafiato coating.
All interior walls and ceilings are finished with emulsion paint.

WALL COVERING
Bathrooms-Toilets: Walls covered with ceramic tiles up to door height, of purchase price £8 per Sq.m..
Kitchen: Walls between bench tops and cupboards covered with ceramic tiles of purchase price £10 per Sq.m.

WOODWORK:
� The frond door is made of beech solid wood.
� All interior doors, wardrobes and kitchen cupboards are made of M.D.F. finished with synthetic beech wood and spray varnished.

FLOORING:
Sitting � Dining Room Ceramic Tiles of purchase price £10 per Sq.m.
Kitchen Ceramic Tiles of purchase price £10 per Sq.m.
Corridor Ceramic Tiles of purchase price £10 per Sq.m.
Bathroom, WC Ceramic Tiles of purchase price £8 per Sq.m.
Bedrooms Laminated Parquet of purchase price £10 per Sq.m.
Verandas Terracotta of purchase price £5 per Sq.m.

All above prices includes Vat.

ALUMINIUM FRAMES:
� All external frames will be of white colored aluminum model MU100.
� The external doors and windows would be double-glazed for perfect heat and sound insulation.

SANITARY FITTINGS:
Quality white sanitary ware. All water mixers and accessories for the bathroom and WC are installed (mirror, toilet paper and towel holders).

ELECTRICAL & TELEPHONE INSTALLATIONS:
Strictly following EAC and CYTA regulations and according to the architectural plans with special care taken to equip the apartment throughout with convenient power outlets and lighting points for ample lighting in all rooms, with telephone outlets and TV connections.
� TV Central Aerial system giving signal for all local stations to each apartment.
� Central doorbells system at the entrance of the building.
� Doorbell at the entrance of each apartment.
� Electronic sensor at the parking places.
� Controlled washing machine and refrigerator sockets.

SOLAR HEATING:
Installation of solar heaters connected with the water supply, for each apartment.

PROVISION FOR AIR CONDITIONING and HEATING:
� Provision for electrical and drainage installation for air-conditioning type split units. (Cost of purchase and installation of the A.C. units will be at the cost of the buyer).
� Piping and provisions for Storage Heaters System in all rooms.

ELEVATOR:
Installation of modern elevator according to the regulations.

GARBAGE STORES:
A garbage store will be constructed with aluminum louvers doors as per architectural drawings.
